COVID-19 RESCHEDULINGS

I understand this is an unprecedented time. If you do have to reschedule your date, I want to work with you to reschedule your date to a date that is open on our calendar. Additionally, I have a team of cinematographers that can be at your wedding if your new date conflicts with any of my booked dates. However, it is preferred if you check in with us to confirm if a new date is available on our calendar prior to rescheduling as I prefer to be the team lead in attendance.

Please note: Any rebooking will result in a fee of $300.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

As you search to find the perfect wedding filmmaker, I implore you to ask a couple of key questions if you decide to book outside of TS Cinema. The hard truth that many brides may never hear about are these secret little details that a lot of wedding filmmakers don’t divulge. Simply because, they aren’t asked. I want to address each question with how we approach our wedding films

• What kind of cameras do you use?

  • I was shocked to find that some of the popular (and expensive) wedding filmmakers in Arizona are using outdated DSLR cameras. TS Cinema uses cinema camera’s that are Netflix-approved. Meaning that your film is going to actually LOOK and FEEL like a movie! Don’t settle for 5-10 year old cameras when you can have the latest and greatest.

• Are your wedding films edited in-house? Do you have a local editor? Do you send your films outside of the U.S. to be edited?

  • A lot of local wedding filmmakers outsource their wedding films outside of the U.S. Simply because backlog becomes too much to handle, and outsourcing can be relatively affordable. Meaning they factor the price of the outsourcing into their packages. This results in your wedding film being edited by somebody who knows little to nothing about you! Information about what shots you liked on your wedding date, who you are as a couple and how to tell your love story: gets thrown out the window. Every single film by TS Cinema gets edited personally by us, meaning you’ll have a very personal film that isn’t going to be cookie-cutter like the competition.

• Do you mic the bride?

  • Micing the officiant/priest and the groom gets great audio… but what about the bride? Micing the bride is a night and day difference when it comes to the listening quality of your films. You can have a great-looking film BUT bad audio can unfortunately, ruin the film. We approach your wedding day by having a conversation about micing you before your wedding day so you can know what to expect. It’s an easy and short process that won’t damage your dress or be uncomfortable. For more information, let’s chat!

• Do you like to meet the couple and get to know them beforehand?

  • Getting to know you is imperative for us to tell your story correctly. We want to know your likes, dislikes, and who the two of you are outside of your wedding day.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?

I’m looking for couples who want to turn their wedding day into a cinematic journey to re-live and remember forever! But to do so, we need your help. I’m looking for amazing toasts, vows, and a ceremony where you preferably know the officiant (so him/her can tell great stories about you)

If booking with a video engagement session package, it ideally helps if you can conceptualize a general location, theme, story within your vows months prior so we can relate to them during your video engagement session.

Vows example “I love hiking with you”- Hiking footage during our engagement session or (“I love dancing with you in the desert") - Dancing footage in the desert..

. WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVE?

Serving the state of Arizona and more! My team and I absolutely love to explore new places and we'll go all over the world for your wedding! Travel fees vary depending on the distance from our home in Scottsdale, Arizona to your "I do,”. For destination weddings we require travel and board expenses to be covered in addition to your wedding package. There is no fee to go out of state or country for your big day.

.     HOW DO WE APPROACH YOUR WEDDING DAY?

Let’s face it, weddings can be stressful. I AIM to alleviate that stress. Since 2014, I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the nation, meet extraordinary couples, and really hone in on my craft. I take pride in offering a professional and a talented team that can blend into the background and allows you to enjoy your special day. That's a promise.

·     WHY SHOULD I BOOK PHOTO AND FILM TOGETHER?

Booking a combined photography and videography package ensures that you will be getting a consistent style throughout all of our products, which will save you time in the booking process. Both teams communicate, plan, and coordinate with each other in order to improve altogether workflow and positioning. In doing so, both two teams are motivated to create the best possible combined product with a distinguished shared vision and style. You will also receive a discount on the total video package price. The Highlight Film is an engaging cinematic journey of your wedding day! They have a runtime between four and six minutes. This length and format makes your Highlight Film perfect for sharing with family and friends on social media and to fit on DVD/Blu Ray formats. You can see all of our Highlight Films HERE

·    WHAT IS THE TEASER FILM?

The Teaser Film is like a highlight film, of your Highlight Film! These are one minute long films built from your Highlight Film.

·    WHAT ARE THE RECEPTION AND CEREMONY FILMS?

The Ceremony and Reception Films are the way to relive your big day as if you were a guest in the audience. They play in real-time from start to finish, so you don't miss a single second. Experience your entire wedding ceremony play back through a new lens... pun intended. We recommend both!

·  LIVE STREAMING

In this day and age, it can be more difficult than ever to have your entire family attend your wedding. But that doesn’t mean that others shouldn’t be able to see it like they were a member in the audience! We have multiple package options for single or multi-camera live streams! ·      DO YOU HAVE TRAVEL FEES?

We have no travel fees for weddings in Arizona! For everywhere else, please contact me to receive a custom quote.

·      HOW MANY CAMERAS DO YOU USE?

My team uses between three and four cameras at every single wedding to maximize the quality and spectrum of our video/photo coverage. That way we never miss a single moment, no matter how big or small. We are equipped with the latest HD and 4K cinema and photo equipment currently used in the film and television industry.

We guarantee the quality will outweigh the competition by future proofing your products. 

·     WHY IS DRONE FOOTAGE WORTH IT?

Great question! Let’s be honest, footage from the ground is great and all but when blended with gorgeous aerial views from the sky, it adds a unique/professional cinematic element that’s surely going to impress all of your friends and family when they see your film! We are FAA Part 107 certified to operate commercial aerial drones and equipment. Our drones are registered with the FAA, calibrated, and frequently monitored to preform optimally before and during flight. 

·    WHAT IS THE RAW FOOTAGE PACKAGE?

Not every shot makes it into my edits, so if you want to soak up every last memory, going through the raw footage is a good way to do so. The Raw Footage package will come in a feature length film including footage not included in your films.

Commercial Projects: We keep your raw footage on our server for 30 days after completion of the project. An additional cost is associated for extended storage and or reuploads.

·    WHERE CAN WE SCHEDULE OUR ENGAGEMENT SHOOTS?

We absolutely love to get creative with our engagement shoots! I’d love to chat with you to brainstorm a location that means a lot to the both of you. If booked with video, we love to aim for a location that relates back to who you are as a couple and your vows (I.E sports facility, hiking, where you got engaged etc.) Our engagement sessions can be booked within 50 miles of Scottsdale, Arizona. For elsewhere, we ask you cover the cost of a tank of gas. For more information about engagement shoots that relate to both video and photo, please read below. ↓

·    WHAT IS AN ENGAGEMENT VIDEO SESSION?

The Engagement Video sessions really allows us to get a closer look at your relationship. This footage captured is to be utilized in your Highlight Film! By doing this, it not only showcases your love for each other on the wedding day, but adds an element that really shows how you both interact with one another. The engagement session also helps alleviate some of the pressures of worrying about running out of time on your wedding day and allows us to really get some gorgeous shots without the time crunch. The Engagement Video Session is a free inclusion in some packages and cannot be replaced or substituted for another add-on (except in special circumstances) Scheduling is based off of availability. Rescheduling can occur in the case of a last minute wedding bookings.

·    WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ENGAGEMENT “VIDEO SESSION” AND AN “ENGAGEMENT FILM”?

The Engagement Video Session’s purpose is so that we can include that footage in your Highlight Film. However, we offer a 1 minute Engagement Film just encompassing footage from the Session that’s perfect for sharing with your friends and family on social media, before, after or even during yout wedding! Hook up a projector to play the film for all of your guests to see during your reception!

·    WHAT IS AN INSTAGRAM HIGHLIGHT FILM?

 The Instagram Highlight Films are a fantastic way to give your audience a glimpse of your big day! Pieces from your Highlight Film are crafted into a 1-minute teaser specifically for the Instagram platform! Think of this like a Highlight Film of your Highlight Film! Browse through our Instagram page for examples! 

·    HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR FILMS/PHOTOS?

 Delivery can be expected to occur between eight (8) and sixteen (16) weeks after the wedding date. This allows us to spend the time necessary to edit the final projects in order to craft a unique experience that will last a lifetime. During busy wedding season, you can expect it to be closer to the 16 weeks.

Photos are usually ready within 8-10 weeks after your wedding day! After your wedding day, I send out a sneak peek within the first two weeks, so you can share some of those special moments with all of your friends and family!

·   HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR FILMS/PHOTOS?

You can expect to receive your films and or photos via a personalized online gallery. (Video Wedding Album, Photo Wedding Album) From there, you can purchase additional prints, albums, canvas’s and more!

·    CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC?

Due to copyright laws unfortunately we aren’t able to provide requested songs to be used in your films. Instead, we’ve purchased a fantastic library of licensed music that we use to craft your film. We spend up to 5 hours listening to music that fits your relationship, wedding day, and tone.  

·    HOW CAN WE BOOK?

From there, I would love to schedule a zoom conversation and or an in-person consultation to get to know you both a little better!  To officially book your date, I request a non-refundable retainer fee for weddings, and up to half the booking price for commercial or production works to secure your date.
